Greetings Populace of Lochac!

Master Peter The Uncertain has provided us with the list of set dances to be done at the Ball at Spring Coronation.  

  • Known World Pavanne
  • Galliard
  • Mimed Bransles (Washerwoman’s, Pease, Shoes and Horse)
  • Black Allemande
  • Official Bransle
  • Rufty Tufty

We may also be dancing the following:

  • Cute Bransles (Cassandra, Pinagay, Charlotte, la Guerre and Ariadne)
  • Bear Dance
  • Petit Vriens
  • Grimstock

Dance practice will be held at the Kallangur Hall on Saturday 1 November from 11am (garbed or non garbed – your choice) to 1pm.  The event officially opens from 1pm.  Note:  Lunch will NOT be provided on Saturday, however there are plenty of options for lunch around the hall (there is a shopping centre accross the road).  

For those of you in Brisbane, we will be holding a Dance Practice on Sunday 28 September at 2pm at the River Haven Hall.  Normal Hall Fees will apply to attend this practice.
